Mornin' all
I've woken up with both my watch and Inspire running low on juice, so my watch is charging up now and I'll hopefully remember to charge up my Inspire after getting washed and changed.
My blood pressure was back down into my normal range, my 9 morning pills went down and the daily virus scan found another advanced issue, so I'm gonna resolve that, put today's to-do list together and try and remember to refill my dosette box after lunch.

Today's lunch is a 550ml mug of instant decaf coffee so it's my second liquid meal of the day so I hope my bottom behaves tomorrow lol

This morning showed...
...just how bad my Visible really was while I was using it. I took it off and put it back into its box before I took my blood pressure at 4am. At 4.30am when I went to get my glass of water for breakfast, I noticed that my FitBit app wasn't working, so I turned the Bluetooth off on my phone, waited for 5 seconds and turned it back on. My FitBit reconnected and my Visible said that I was in the "Activity Zone" and had been for 7 minutes - I wasn't even wearing it and hadn't been for about half an hour at that point!
It's a good idea in theory, but is in no way reliable!

Mornin' all
Yesterday's Olio-er didn't turn up so today is their last chance. I've also got a delivery due to arrive between 7am and 1pm so I'm not having breakfast or potentially lunch either, depending on the time it arrives.
The daily virus scan found an advanced issue which is now resolved. I've popped my 9 morning pills with my breakfast glass of water and I've got washed and changed, so I'm all set for the day now.
As of this morning at about 4am, I've officially stopped using my Visible and given up on it.
Time to get today's to-do list together then I'll get my breakfast photo up.

Today's (20th February 2026) lunch photo
Very late getting my lunch photo up 'cos I completely forgot until I was part way through my laps!
Today's lunch was the last two hash browns and approx 10g of a Vegan Mayo washed down with a 330ml can of a sparkling Passion[fruit] pop. I was going to have butternut squash chunks with it, but I need to toss them in an air fryer spray first and I haven't got anything I can use for that, so I just had the hash browns instead.

Another decision made...
...I'm not gonna do my laps, sit-ups or crunches tomorrow and if I have a bath, it'll be in the afternoon rather than first thing 'cos I've got a delivery due tomorrow between 7am and 1pm... I can guarantee it'd come during my bath if I had the bath first thing lol.
It'll still be an early breakfast, but it could, potentially, be a late lunch 'cos I won't have it until after the delivery has been and gone.
I've just...
...cancelled my Visible subscription 'cos I've gotta reset the band yet again after under 15 hours and it's just not worth it to me to have to do a hard reset at least once every day. I'm sure it works for lots of people, I'm just not one of them.

Mornin' all
So far this morning, I've been very productive 'cos I've taken my 11 morning pills, got washed and dressed, had my breakfast, washed up, remembered that I needed to refill the bottle with squash and run the daily virus scan. I'm pretty chilly so I'm gonna make myself a hot drink when I've put my breakfast photo up too.
My additional pills today (because my mood is dipping and it was a struggle to get out of bed this morning) started to kick in almost instantly and I'm feeling vaguely human now already!
This morning's Visible reading is still on my phone, so next time it disappears I'll try and remember to follow the instructions instead of only doing half of them lol
Lunch today will be the last two hash browns and butternut squash chunks. I've gotta remember to try out the magnets on the baskets today so that the squash doesn't fall through the holes.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.

So far this morning I've taken my Visible reading which gave me a score of 3 out of 5, my blood pressure was a bit high, but that could've been because I went for three emergency wee's before I took it lol My 10 morning pills have been popped, I've got washed and changed and had my breakfast. The virus scan was clear this morning, so that's reassuring.
I haven't got anything happening today so I wanna get my nose stuck in the book again... gonna do my exercises and make myself a creamy hot choccie first though lol
Time to get today's to-do list and my breakfast photo up now I reckon.

Today's (18th February 2026) lunch photo
I think I was wrong when I said that I'd be having the butternut squash on Thursday - I forgot that I didn't have a proper lunch on Monday so there's still one sausage roll left, which I'll have tomorrow then the hash browns and butternut squash on Friday and Saturday.
Today's lunch was the same as yesterday's - a vegetarian sausage roll, 3 hash browns, approx 10g of Vegan Mayo and a 330ml can of a passionfruit pop.

It's Wednesday today so it was a liquid breakfast of a 500ml glass of water because I couldn't put my laptop on the floor this morning thanks to the weekly virus scan and backups. I've also had a 550ml mug of hot honey water to try and ease my cold, but there's no photo of that.
