...be able to eat lunch and tea on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday next week with potentially only drinks tomorrow, Monday, Thursday and Friday. Next Sunday is potentially the only day that I'll be able to eat all three meals, so if I need to lose weight then next week is gonna be easy to achieve it, especially if my weight means that I can exercise too. It's gonna be a very hungry week and my bottom won't like having such a small amount of solids either, so I hope the diarrhoea and rehydration meds I've got actually work lol
Today's lunch was the same as yesterday's - 4 Veggie Fingers, 3 battered onion rings, approx 10g of Vegan Mayo all washed down with a 330ml can of Sparkling Passion[fruit] pop.

Tomorrow (Saturday) - giving 2 Freeglers their things - still waiting to hear from the second Freegler and the monthly virus scan as well as potentially bringing in the delivery and putting my blood pressure spreadsheet on my health site too!
...about 3 years, I've just vacuumed the entire hall and the carpet didn't know what hit it lol
I've just given away the clothes rail and the entire hall was empty so it seemed like a good opportunity to give it a much-needed clean.
The hall carpet is dark beige instead of almost brown now lol
Today's breakfast was a healthy 2 bananas and a 500ml glass of water. It's potentially my only meal again today because I'm waiting for a Freegler to come and pick something up so can't eat until they have picked it up. They've said "after 9am" which could be any time and some Freeglers have come a lot earlier in the past, so I'm ready for whenever they come.

...is finished for another month and it didn't find anything it shouldn't so that's a relief.
Well, I've had a very coughy start to the day so far, but my blood pressure was back to being my normal again. I've swallowed my morning pills, had my breakfast and started the monthly virus scan so far this morning, so as soon as I've put today's to-do list together, I'll do my laps, sit-ups and crunches then bring my shoes into the living room and wait for the Freegler to pick up the clothes rail. Gotta remember to charge up my FitBits too. Wanna get my nose stuck into a book as well.
I'm keeping this first post of the day relatively short and I'm gonna put today's to-do list together now.
I've got a busy day tomorrow 'cos as well as having breakfast and doing my exercises, the clothes rail is going after 9am tomorrow and I've gotta keep my eye on Freegle to see if the back-up wants the recorder as well as putting the spreadsheet onto my health site, possibly the eBay delivery and it's the monthly virus scan too! You watch me forget something! lol
I've popped my last two pills of the day and I'm heading on up to beddy-byes now.

Have you read any of my other book reviews from the last few years? If so, you'll know that I always start them off with the full packing of 5 stars and that I'm always hopeful that they will all still be stuck firmly in place by the time I close the back cover. You'll also know that I don't just knock off stars for no reason, I always give my reason(s) within the review. The most common reason I make a book 4 stars when it should be a 5 is because of copyright or trademark infringement within the book. I've replaced a lost star twice so far after a magic little sentence right at the back of the book and I'm more than happy to do it again in future if that sentence is there.
I've got high hopes for this book because at the time of reading it has 1 review which has given it the full 5 stars. I haven't read the review 'cos I prefer to read each book with an open mind, rather than being influenced by others' opinions before I've even opened my Kindle.
Let's get going with the reading and reviewing, shall we?
Ooh! The book starts off with an "Author's Note" and what she has written makes me think that there are some controversial/discriminatory pieces within her book. She has chosen to present the work as it was originally written in 2012 so it'll be interesting to see what she has to say!
Just before the start of the first chapter, there's what looks like a long photo and tiny writing which are both unseeable on my Kindle so I hope that's the only image in this book like that so that I don't have to remove the first star already.
Oh dear, there's the brand name of a car in chapter two, so we've got two wobbly stars already!
I'm glad that this is a relatively short book 'cos so far I've been bored out of my brain! I'm up to page 9 of 77 and I've yet to read anything that takes my interest... if this is the authors dull work from 2012 then I *seriously* hope she's improved now!!
Up to chapter 4 and it's such a dull, boring book that the first star is officially plopping off with the other two still wobbly. I'm glad I didn't read the review that's already up first otherwise I would have been even more disappointed that he or she had thought so highly of the book!
I'm giving this book until the end of chapter 4 before I officially give up on it and declare it another DNF.
OK, I've just finished the fourth chapter and it didn't improve so I'm declaring it another DNF unfortunately and I'm taking the two wobbly stars off too because they don't deserve to stay on.

There was barely any growth outside, so I guessed that yesterday's banana peels were still in the waste disposal, ran it for a few seconds, et voila.
Gonna spend the rest of today with my nose in a book now.
Today's breakfast was my usual 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast, approx 20g from a new tub of 'Buttery' spread and a freshly-decanted 250ml bottle of Tropical juice.
I'm not gonna have any lunch today 'cos I'm 1.6kg overweight and I've put on half a kilo since Monday morning. Today is a busy day for me so I'll just have drinks instead of anything solid.

I've made two reassuring discoveries this morning: First, my FitBit alarm only goes off twice if I don't turn it off and second, I can swallow my 5-HTP whole as long as it's the second pill I take (after my bladder pill).
My blood pressure was low even for me this morning at 99 for the first time in months! I decided not to get washed again this morning and when I did the washing up from my breakfast, I got the sign that I need to do some weed removal again, so I've asked Alexa to remind me at 9am.
I put my new glasses on when I woke up and it took a while for my eyes to adjust, but they seem to be OK with it now.
The daily virus scan was reassuringly clear, so that's good news.
I'm gonna do my laps in just under half an hour, then have my second caffeinated drink of the week methinks.
Time to get today's to-do list together now methinks.

I advertised something yesterday morning and it's going at lunchtime today.
I advertised the clothes rail at about 4.30pm yesterday and that's going on Saturday.
Then someone is coming for the Butternut squash on Friday.

I obviously put my body through too much yesterday 'cos I totally slept through the FitBit vibration on my ankle this morning lol
I've popped my 10 morning pills with my first glass of water of the day, had my breakfast and the daily virus scan is just finishing off.
Not gonna risk getting washed and changed this morning 'cos my legs just don't feel stable enough to hold me up for long enough and I'm gonna take today's laps very carefully.
Alexa is playing some Baroque music for me because I forgot to unplug her yesterday lol
I've potentially got a delivery due any time between today and Monday and a Freegler is interested in one of the things I advertised yesterday, so I'll have a look at that request when I've got the photo of my breakfast and to-do list together.

I've had a busy day and a thoroughly exhausting last 3 hours, but I'm on top of things now.
I've had to rush all my freshly washed clothes upstairs because my clothes rail refuses to stay upright, so I've gotta remember to bring a set of clothes and undies downstairs with me tomorrow. I've advertised the rail on Freegle and most of the things that I'd sorted out from the spare room too and a couple of them have already been snapped up.
I'm expecting a delivery at some point between tomorrow and Monday and my new glasses have been dispatched too, so I've gotta remember to put those ones on as soon as I wake up rather than when they are delivered because apparently that's safer as my sight is so bad.
I've taken my last two pills of the day and I can barely keep my eyes open, so it's time for beddy-byes methinks.
