Today's lunch was pretty healthy because it was all made in the air fryer and I got lots of veggies in it too. Lunch consisted of 4 "Veggie Fingers", 3 battered onion rings, 5 chestnut mushrooms and 10g of "Vegan Mayo" all washed down with a 330ml can of Sparkling Passion[fruit] pop. It'll be the same again for the next few days, except the mushrooms which I'll finish off with tomorrow's lunch. I'll have to remember not to have the chocolate buttons for elevenses though 'cos it was surprisingly filling considering there was so little protein!
