I made the right choice to have a slightly early night last night 'cos according to my FitBit, I was asleep for 9 hours and 20 minutes overnight and I'm already feeling better than I did yesterday!
So far this morning, I've taken my Visible reading with a score of 4 out of 5, been for 3 emergency wee's, taken my blood pressure (which was high for me but still low), popped my morning pills and started off the weekly virus scan which is already at 95%.
Time to get today's to-do list together before I start my weekly backups now methinks.
