Today's breakfast, almost 5 hours ago, was two slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with approx 20g of 'Buttery' spread and a 250ml bottle of Tropical juice. I've also had a mug of now medically allowed caffeinated instant coffee and a mug of hot honey water, so I'll be dashing backwards and forwards to the bathroom until bedtime now lol
