Well, I had another bad night and woke up to a 'Morning Stability' score of 2 again. My blood pressure was 115 which is pretty normal for me on my new machine but would have been a bit high on my original machine. I've swallowed my 10 morning pills and had a gorgeously hot bubble bath so I'm all set for the day now.
Time to get my breakfast photo then my to-do list up now I reckon.
