Today's (1st May 2024) lunch photo
In a total break from the norm, I had Ryvita Thins sweet chilli flavour, red pepper Houmous and a serving of me-friendly (ie vegan) cheese. It tasted OK but it didn't fill me up at all, so I went back for seconds and had 100g of banana chips too which hasn't even filled a corner, but I'll know for next time that they are a snack rather than a meal so it's back to instant soups again unfortunately.

Mornin' all
I've woken up and come downstairs feeling absolutely knackered, so I'm thinking that it'll be a B12 spray day today as well as the 5 morning pills that I take every morning.
I've remembered that it's Wednesday so I've kicked my weekly virus scan off and not opened my email programs.
For the first time since getting my central heating installed, I used £2.15 of electricity in yesterday's 24 hours. Today is gonna be a high usage day 'cos I'll have to put on a 5 hour wash and dry for my wools so that I can officially put them away for Summer.
I've also decided that I'm gonna have the Weetabix for my breakfast for the next 6 days too as a change from the granola.
This blog post is getting waaay too long, so I'm gonna shut up now, publish it and put today's to-do list together then read my way through the day.
