In a total break from the norm, I had Ryvita Thins sweet chilli flavour, red pepper Houmous and a serving of me-friendly (ie vegan) cheese. It tasted OK but it didn't fill me up at all, so I went back for seconds and had 100g of banana chips too which hasn't even filled a corner, but I'll know for next time that they are a snack rather than a meal so it's back to instant soups again unfortunately.
