...full of newly opened food and drinks so it'll be interesting to see how long everything lasts!
First was the new sleeve of Weetabix and new carton of soya milk and now I've got a freshly opened drinking chocolate with the last in the can of me-friendly squirty cream!
I'm 177 calories under budget but that's OK 'cos my FitBit app seems to take off some of the total between me shutting down for the night and booting up again the next morning.
I'm gonna try and turn the graph green again this week, but if I'm slightly blue or slightly red then I won't worry about it too much. I'm right in the middle of the healthy weight range for my height, so I can afford to gain or lose 1.5kg and still be in range but I wanna try and stay in the middle if I can but I'd prefer to be at the top of the middle rather than the bottom if possible.
Gonna try and restrict myself to 1 drinking chocolate (with or without squirty cream) a day this week so that I can still feel comforted but hopefully without my addiction taking hold again.
