I was a real pig in comparison with the last week of lunches I've had 'cos I had 15 onion rings instead of the normal serving size of 8 lol In my defense I've been eating considerably smaller portions than I was eating 6 weeks ago and this would have been a normal sized portion for me back then but now I'm totally stuffed so will just be drinking water as opposed to drinking chocolates this afternoon lol I'll also hopefully be sleeping well again tonight.
