Fourth update to my to-do list

3 hours later than it should be but here's the latest update:

• Wake up
• Take morning pills
• Run weekly virus scan 
• Do backups
• Have breakfast
• Put photo of breakfast on this blog and Instagram - I will when the backups have finished - they've just finished, so this is my next thing to do 
  
• Get washed and dressed with a carer
  
• Have lunch
• Put photo of my lunch on here and Instagram
  
• Take lunchtime pill
• Talk to CCP lady
  
• Write some more of the sequel
• Keep reading and reviewing Kindle Unlimited book - I will when the backups have finished - they've just finished and been put away and I've read a chapter and updated the review for the first time today - read and reviewed another couple of chapters this afternoon
  
• Ask about moving the mortgage into just my name
  
• Take evening pills
• Go to bed
