I remembered that there was a bag of various instant meals in the bottom of the cupboard that hadn't even been looked at since the end of last year. I found 2 me-friendly MugShot packets in the bag that were still in date, so I did a touch of fiddling around with the menu for the next 10 days and added those and the tins of beans & vegan sausages to the menu instead. My bum had only been planted on the sofa for less than a minute before my carer came to the door lol
