Goood morning all

I've woken up in a decent mood but I'm knackered, in a lot of pain, cotton-wool-headed and I can't stop yawning, but I'll be fine.

My morning pills have been popped with a glass of water, taken the bread out of the freezer, the virus scan was clear and I've emailed the first set of blood pressure photos to myself, so I'm good to go until 5.30am now.  Gotta remember to bring the rubbish and recycling containers in when they've been collected today.

This blog post is getting a bit long, so it's time to publish it and get today's to-do list put together now.
