So far this morning I've changed the batteries in my blood pressure reading machine, taken my blood pressure which was understandably raised for me but still low in the range, popped my morning pills and run the daily virus scan. The scan was clear so I'm assuming that the "advanced issue" that it's been finding recently is my medical records/memoir which is fair enough.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
