I've been awake for the best part of an hour and I'm pretty much without light again, so I'll have to ask my carer to change the bulb again, which is frustratingly disappointing and means that I can't take my blood pressure or have breakfast again 'cos I can't see in front of me until it's light outside.
I've popped my morning pills and weighed myself and I'm still below where I want to be, so there won't be any laps again this week. I've got a delivery due today so I hope it arrives before 6pm lol The virus scan was still clear, so that's a relief.
Time to get today's to-do list together methinks.
