My blood pressure was just about in the normal range this morning, which is very high for me. I remembered to start the weekly virus scan off as soon as I'd taken it and that finished in about half an hour so I set the backups going and they are zipping through now too. My morning pills went down OK and I remembered to take a happy pill this morning 'cos I didn't want to get out of bed which is always my sign that my body needs it.
I had breakfast this morning for the first time in 4 days so I'll put the photo up as soon as the backups have finished.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
