Mornin' all

So far this morning I've taken my morning pills, got washed and changed, had breakfast, run the daily virus scan (which was still clear), washed up and weighed myself (I've lost 700g).  I've decided against changing the bedding today because I've got so much going on, but hopefully on Thursday instead?


I'm still shattered but never mind eh?


Time to get today's to-do list together then put my breakfast photo up and do my first set of laps then my sit-ups and crunches now I reckon.
