I've been awake for 17 very active hours so I'm knackered now. I'm seeing my best friend tomorrow so it'll just be breakfast for my only meal because he's coming at lunchtime. I might have a mug of soup for my tea, but it depends on how I feel.
I'm definitely not gonna do my laps, sit-ups or crunches tomorrow otherwise I'll end up in a heap on the floor, totally unable to get up, so I'll do them on Saturday again.
