Sixth and final update to today's to-do list

  • Take Visible reading
  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan
  • Come up with a tag line for my memoir
  • Study at least one course
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book
  • Check forum
  • Announce birthdays if necessary
  • Charge up watch
  • Get washed and dressed
  • Make breakfast of toast and juice
  • Take photo of breakfast
  • Put photo of breakfast on here and Instagram
  • Wash up
  • Weigh myself - I've lost exactly 1kg in the last 7 days
  • Log weight into FitBit app
  • Do morning laps
  • Do morning sit-ups
  • Do morning crunches
  • Charge up Visible
  • Bring rubbish sack in when it's been emptied
  • Bring recycling box in when it's been emptied
  • Start putting memoir through its first edit - I've just started writing about my childhood *shudder* - just under a third of the way through it now - just finished the first edit and sent it to my best friend in the hopes that he doesn't mind ripping it to shreds for me in preparation for its second edit for JanNo
  • Find email address for TV licensing bods
  • Send my book to final reviewer in December
  • Send reviewers my book if they agree
  • Keep my fingers crossed they enjoy and positively review my memoir
  • Keep an eye on Freecycle to see if anyone wants anything

  • Make lunch of a vegan steak and mayonnaise
