Today's lunch couldn't have been simpler - home-made (by my MIL) butternut squash soup and 4 slices of Quorn roast that was left over and I brought home with me yesterday. I'm fuller than I thought I would be, but I'm over budget with my daily calorie count now which is a good thing, considering I'm underweight now... calls for some chocolate this afternoon methinks lol
