I was supposed to have this for my lunch yesterday but my lunchtime carer didn't turn up so I had a packet of crisps for my lunch yesterday and a home-made (by my MIL) butternut squash soup for my lunch today. It was surprisingly filling and very satisfying because butternut squash is my favourite vegetable.
I sneaked in a couple of Graze punnets as well so that I could nudge my calories into the red which will hopefully mean that I've put on weight again next week.
