How's things in your world atm?
I'm doing OK I think, just very cold again, but I've taken my morning pills, so I'm just waiting for my morning carer to turn up now and depending on what time that happens, depends on if I can have breakfast or just lunch today.
Time to put today's to-do list up now I think.
