Fourth and final update to today's to-do list

• Wake up
• Take morning pills
• Run daily virus scan
• Have breakfast
• Put breakfast photo onto this blog and Instagram
• Get washed and dressed with my carer
• Bring in groceries
• Put groceries away
• Have lunch
• Put lunchtime photo up on here and Instagram
• Take lunchtime pill
• Arrange for the TiVo box to go back - there were techy issues so it's being done over the phone tomorrow <gulp>
• Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants microwave - someone wants it at last, so I've gotta let him know as soon as my morning carer has left
• Offer Steve's footrest on Freegle
• Write some more of the sequel
• Read and review 3 Kindle Unlimited books 
• Study more of my courses 
• Take evening pills
• Go to bed
