It's taken almost 3 hours to get things sorted since I had my breakfast but everything is hopefully sorted now and I'm back on track for doing everything else that needs to be done.
Today's breakfast was the penultimate bowlful of fruit and fibre cereal with soya milk and a bottle of orange juice.
I've put on enough weight over the last week to be back within the healthy weight range for my height... not as comfortably as I'd like but at least I'm there now for the first time since December. I'll have my last bowl of fruit and fibre tomorrow 'cos that'll use up the last of the carton of soya milk, then I'll be back to having toast and dairy-free spread for breakfast again so that I can get the entire day's calories in one meal as I'll just be having a tin of baked beans or a tin of spaghetti for my lunch because that's all my carers have time to cook so that they don't keep complaining that I'm making them late for their next client.
I'm supposed to have the carers for 30 minutes twice a day but their usual time for each client is 20 minutes and it takes them 5 minutes each side to put on and take off their PPE and sign in/out which only actually leaves me with 10 minutes so my lunches are just gonna be tinned foods that can be heated up and slopped out in under 10 minutes now.
Gotta remember to pepper the beans otherwise I'll be constantly producing smelly parps lol
