What a chilly start to this new week!
My new wake-up time seems to be just before 6am which is considerably better than 5am but means that I don't get my breakfast until after my carer has been and gone which means I can't weigh myself until later on which runs the risk of forgetting to do it at all, so I might go back to weighing myself on an empty belly again so that it's done and dusted... hold on while I do that now and log it before I forget...
...Yeees!! I've put on 1.2kg in the last 7 days so I'm back into my healthy weight range again! That's a huuuge relief and it won't matter so much about my lunches from now on just being tinned beans or tinned spaghetti.
I've hopefully got just about enough time to sort out today's to-do list before my first carer of the day arrives, then I've just gotta wait for the rubbish and recyclers to take my stuff away so that I can bring the sacks and boxes in then I can relax until lunchtime.
Have I already said that I've popped my first pills of the week? If I have then it's down to my cruddy memory forgetting and if I haven't then I have - it's usually the first thing I do as soon as I come downstairs.
