...done my weekly weigh-in and I'm 150g into the safe zone for my twice a day laps but I'm only gonna do 20 minutes twice a day instead of 30 minutes once a day because I'm only just in the safe zone for twice a day so I'm not gonna be stupid and accidentally lose that 150g next weigh day. It's only 10 minutes more a day so with any luck I won't lose any weight and even put some more on this week.
I'll be loading up on the creamy hot choccies this week to make sure I keep my calorie count up 🤤
