...just take my blood pressure readings first thing every morning as well as when I'm feeling something strongly to start with, instead of going straight from 21 readings a week to just a single one - that might be a bit too much of a shock to the system, so that's what I'll do for a while and take it from there.
I'll try and remember to take my blood pressure as soon as I've finished JanNo 'cos I'll hopefully feel proud/relieved/tearful and I want to record it so that I can see how different it is to my normal readings.
Slowly reduce my consumption rather than suddenly cut it out completely kinda thing.
