Today's lunch has left me regretting having breakfast this morning because I'm feeling soo bloated and I haven't even finished the leftovers yet!
This was what I had for Christmas lunch yesterday, except that it was all on one plate and I had French beans too.
The first photo shows the veggies: sprouts, broccoli and hassleback roast potatoes. The second photo shows the protein of a home-made vegan roast made with celery, onion, courgette, pecan nuts, carrots, canellini beans, green lentils, marmite and white rice all washed down with a 500ml glass of water.
