A bit earlier than normal but I wanted to make sure I'd taken the photo and put it up before my carer arrived. There may or may not be a 500ml glass of water to go with the Tomato & Basil hummus chips and the single serving pot of reduced fat houmous but it will all depend on how much water is left in my current glass when my carer arrives.
