Mornin' all

I've just weighed myself (after taking my visible reading, my blood pressure, swallowing my pills, having my breakfast and running the daily virus scan) and I've put on a kilo in the last 7 days, so it's back to the twice a day laps and sit-ups now and water to keep my hydrated during the day.


Gotta remember to bring the rubbish and recycling containers in when they've been collected.


I'm gradually starting to recover from last week's hospital appointment, but I'm not there yet.


Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
