Today's lunch was uber healthy and 6 or 7 (depending on how many sticks of celery is 1 of your 5 a day) portions of fruit and veg in one meal! Today's lunch was the same as yesterday's: 80g of fresh spinach, 2 pickled eggs, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1 vegan cheese wheel, 3 bits of cucumber, 2 sticks of celery, approx 15g of Vegan Mayo, all washed down with a 330ml can of a Sparkling Mango pop.
