I think I've got my portion control just about right with the muesli now 'cos I'm not hungry and I'm definitely not bloated any more, thankfully.
Today's breakfast was berries and cherries muesli, plant protein soya milk, a pre-packaged bag of apples and grapes (they got the division of slices of apple and black grapes just about spot on today) and, of course, my usual bottle of orange juice. I've also got a mug of herbal tea on the go atm too, but there's no photo of that 'cos I made it after I'd taken the empties through to the kitchen and put my laptop back on the table.
