That was reassuring then!

My electricity company have just replied to my third email in 3 days to them and basically it sounds like they want to do everything they can to help me pay my bills now that my bill will be at least quadrupled each month thanks to the central heating costs of just the hall.


I've got the ball rolling and it sounds like they wanna do everything they can to help me which is reassuring and a huge relief.
