Third update to today's to-do list

  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan
  • Take bread out of the freezer for my breakfast this morning
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Have breakfast - it'll be toast-time at 8.25am
  • Log breakfast into FitBit app
  • Put photo of breakfast on here and Instagram
  • Put food waste into caddy
  • Take caddy outside
  • Take plastic recycling outside
  • Take blue bag outside - there was less than I thought, so I've left it for another week
  • Empty bins
  • Bag up rubbish
  • Put rubbish into sack
  • Take sack outside
  • Tidy up a bit more of the living roomMarie is coming over today to help with a couple of things which'll save a lot of room then I can do the last bits in here and the bathroom and that's two rooms sorted out this year
  • Do morning laps - gonna leave it for another week so that I can recover from the last 6 weeks, but if my weight is where I want it to be on Monday then I'll re-start the laps next week
  • Give out of date food to Freegler
  • Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants anything
  • Do the news
  • Keep working on memorial site
  • Have lunch
  • Log lunch into FitBit app
  • Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Refill dosette box
  • Try first bath experiment to make use of my mistake - 63p for a hot bath with no adjustments to any of the settings
  • Temporarily move things so that I can get to the printer - Marie is gonna sort out the biggest things for me today then I can spend a while getting everything sorted in here and the bathroom then that's two rooms sorted already this year - the big things are out of the way so I can do the scanning whenever I can afford it now
  • Scan in medical records
  • Move things back
  • Save medical records onto a CD
  • Put paper medical records away
  • Read through medical records
  • Come up with list of questions for my GP
  • Ask for help planning NaNo book from friends and family - ask for as much detail and accurate dates as possible
  • Plan out NaNo book
  • Do afternoon laps - gonna leave it for another week so that I can recover from the last 6 weeks, but if my weight is where I want it to be on Monday then I'll re-start the laps next week
  • Read and review a book on my TBR pile
  • Study my courses
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed
