gonna leave it for another week so that I can recover from the last 6 weeks, but if my weight is where I want it to be on Monday then I'll re-start the laps next week- will I be able to re-start them today?? - Give out of date food to Freegler
- Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants anything

Marie is gonna sort out the biggest things for me today then I can spend a while getting everything sorted in here and the bathroom then that's two rooms sorted already this year- the big things are out of the way so I can do the scanning whenever I can afford it now - Scan in medical records
- Move things back
- Save medical records onto a CD
- Put paper medical records away
- Read through medical records
- Come up with list of questions for my GP
- Ask for help planning NaNo book from friends and family - ask for as much detail and accurate dates as possible
- Plan out NaNo book
