For the first time since getting the work done, the electrician really was pretty accurate with his timings for how long it would take... it took 37 minutes and I was told 30 to 45 minutes.
I've gotta contact someone about the central heating switch being off... today's electrician pointed to it and said "that one was off when I got here so I'll leave it off" and I haven't got a clue if it should be or not, so I'll contact Broadoak and ask them to put my mind at rest as much as anything.
I'm hoping that it's all sorted now though and I can relax and recover for a while.
Gonna take my lunchtime pill, then set the backups off and enjoy my mocktail after I've logged my lunch into the FitBit app.
