...being able to have a quick, warm bath without falling asleep and accidentally drowning myself.
I'm also grateful that I've been able to eat 3 times today and got the green star for my liquid intake today.
I'm grateful that I remembered to change the batteries in my shaver when I got out of the bath this week and that there was so little hair to get rid of today.
I'm grateful that both of today's carers stayed for the full 30 minutes and they were able to sit down for most of that time so that they could recover from/prepare for their previous/next client while they were here.
I'm grateful that my happy pill is still keeping my mood stable but I'm wondering if I should top it up tomorrow morning or if I can wait until Monday morning.
I'm grateful that it's looking likely that my delivery is due on Monday instead of today and I'm hoping it'll come in the gap between carers and ideally after I've finished my laps if the weekly weigh-in tells me that I can.

I'm even grateful that these daily gratitude blog posts are making the weight of life start to feel slightly lighter too.
I'm hoping for an early night tonight to hopefully help me to catch up on the sleep I missed overnight yesterday. I'm absolutely shattered and my head's killing me but that's nothing new. I'm grateful for the pain because it's a reminder that I'm still alive.
