Today's lunch was a warm, comforting, mug of instant vegetable Cup Soup made entirely by me again so that my carer could spend the entire 30 minute visit sitting down, relaxing from her morning and preparing for her afternoon visits. We talked about music and reading while I was drinking the soup and she's going to listen out for my favourite music group on our favourite radio station and might invest in the reading device that I use too, so it was a good visit today.
