The bread and me-friendly spread are both in stock and being delivered today, along with 7 bottles of juice, so I can have a proper breakfast instead of just a hot chocolate and I've got a weeks-worth of instant soups in the cupboard too, so I'll be able to warm up at lunchtimes too.
My body is used to having soups for lunches again so hopefully it won't be long before it gets used to solid breakfasts again too.
