...I'm gonna attempt to have a bar of chocolate from the fridge every two to three hours 'cos apparently I should be eating smaller, more frequent meals to get rid of my belly flab and I should also be doing crunches as opposed to sit-ups to get rid of it too. I've already got loads of fruit on Tuesday's order, but nothing I can have until then other than the chocolate, soo like with my tea's at the nurse's request, I'm introducing the 2-3 hourly snacks too so that it's not such a shock to my system next week. My calorie count will be through the roof until I've finished the chocolate off, but I'll hopefully be getting plenty of fruit into me as of next week which won't be so calorific.
