I've woken up in a really positive mood, my head is clear and I'm feeling better than I have for a very long time. My Visible reading was the best it's been for a while, my blood pressure was in my normal range, my pills went down with no problem at all and I'm just generally feeling really good this morning! The virus scan found another advanced issue, which I'll resolve when I've published this.
I'm gonna go and get washed and dressed while I'm feeling good, then make my breakfast and put today's to-do list together, then do my laps and sit-ups, then finish off reading and reviewing this gorgeous book!
