Today (25th October 2025) I'm grateful for...

...getting over 9 hours of sleep last night, which I can only put down to the lavendar-scented pillow mist I sprayed on just before I got into bed.


I'm also grateful for having a gorgously hot, amazingly bubbly bath this morning.


I'm only about 2 or 3 hours behind with my sleep now so I'm hoping I'll be back on track by the middle of next week.
