...not do any laps or sit-ups today, just to give myself the day off to recover. Back to it again tomorrow, of course, but I'm using today as a recovery and reward day after pushing myself too far on Monday with changing the duvet cover and I went overboard yesterday with my laps too, so today is a recovery day. I might do them again on Saturday, but I'm eating significantly less calories now that I'm not relying so heavily on chocolate and crisps. I'm gonna try and go a second day without a drinking chocolate too, but I've got almost 1000 calories to play with so it's no great shakes if I can't resist after all lol
