Today's breakfast was the same 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast and 'Buttery' spread washed down with a freshly decanted 250ml bottle of Tropical juice.
I'm gonna have a chocolate biscuit bar every 2-3 hours today too, so that I can prepare my stomach for the fruit snacks that have been recommended to help me to lose my belly flab.
