Mornin' all

Well, I've got the opposite problem with my central heating now... there's no heat at all and hasn't been since about 3.30pm yesterday lol

I've popped my morning pills with my morning glass of water and I'm just waiting for my virus scanner to load up so that I can set that going, then I'll get washed and dressed with my carer and keep on scanning in my medical records.  I'm a day behind with that now, but that's OK, I'll just postpone everything else until I've finished it all.

I've got a delivery due today, so I'll be able to keep my calorie count up until I've troughed my way through it all.

Time to publish this and put today's to-do list up methinks.
