...I waited until after breakfast to do the official weigh-in 'cos I've put on 700g since then lol
I'm happy with where my weight is 'cos it's slap bang in the middle of the healthy weight range that my GP gave me for my height, so I'll keep consuming 2,000-ish calories a day and my wee is the right colour according to my GP, so 3-ish litres is right for me to stay hydrated each day too.
Basically I'm gonna keep doing this week, what I did last week so that my weight stay's around this kinda weight each week and I won't be nagging myself to put on or lose weight.
I've just gotta find what works for me now that both the medical bods and me are happy with my weight.
