...unofficially weighed myself (because I haven't had breakfast yet) and I'm exactly the same weight as I was last week so 2,000-ish calories a day and 2 sets of laps as well as 3 litres of liquid a day seems to be the sweet-spot for my body. I'll weigh myself officially after I've had my breakfast, and follow my lead from last week, but if I weigh the same again next week then I know what I've gotta do to stay healthy each week.
