My second solid lunch of the week was a plate of straight cut chips cooked in the air fryer and a 500ml glass of water so I'm stuffed like a teddy bear now! I had my normal breakfast which was fine then a mid-morning snack of 80g of dry roasted peanuts and a big, 5 portion bar of chocolate 'cos I didn't think I'd be having any lunch. I changed my mind and had a plateful of chips for a rare change and now I'm totally bloated 'cos I'm not used to eating so much or so late any more!
