Today's breakfast was just my normal two slices of wholemeal toast with dairy-free spread, smooth peanut butter to bump up my protein intake, two packets of apple slices and my usual 250ml bottle of orange juice.
I've also slurped my way through a 350ml mug of decaff instant coffee and I've got a drinking chocolate with me-friendly squirty cream (to bump up my calories a bit more) on the go atm.
