...I've just allowed Blogger to read my cookies (or something like that) so let's see if I can put photos up now? If I can, this is my first blood pressure reading on Thursday 10th October that was my lowest reading yet:
Ooooooh! It looks like I can put photos up again now, so things will hopefully be back to normal again with the meal photos!
