Mornin' all

Well, I've woken up completely stuffed with my cold again and I've got a foggy head too, just to put the tin hat on everything.

I didn't want to get up again this morning so my SAD season has well and truly kicked in.

I've taken my blood pressure, popped my 9 morning pills and the virus scan is chugging away nicely, so I'm just slurping my way through my first hot honey water of the day now.

This blog post is getting too long, so I'm gonna publish it and put today's to-do list together before my last carer of the week arrives.
